RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), we do not accept returns of items whose protective seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Unsealed items may still be returned within the standard 14-day withdrawal period."
Returns for Defective Items
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, you are entitled to request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at info@mdalliancegroup.eu within 14 days of delivery
- Include photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- Provide your order number
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
